I am a principled leader whose journey began in the United States Navy, where I served and reached the rank of Petty Officer Second Class (E-5). There, I witnessed and internalized leadership at its highest level—lessons that continue to shape my professional ethos. Today, I apply those competencies across multiple domains, including Information Technology, Government Healthcare Contracting, Higher Education, Financial Services, Training, and governance within special-purpose local government entities.

In 2016, I founded Veritable Planning & Solutions (VPS), PLLC—a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) based in Tampa, Florida. Leveraging over a decade of hands-on experience as a full-time IT professional within a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)  Quality Improvement Organization (QIO), I’ve spent the past 8 years consulting as a federal subcontractor in the healthcare space. These efforts have supported various End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) and QIN-QIO projects.

Alongside my consulting work, I’ve spent the past 18 years teaching as an adjunct professor (St. Petersburg College), where I merge academic rigor with learner-centered instruction. As a certified technical trainer and doctoral candidate in Leadership and Education (Barry University), I approach education with a deep understanding of learner needs. Whether introducing complex systems or unpacking layered concepts, I’ve built a reputation for fostering trust, clarity, and respect in every learning environment.
